Got a few hours in after work. Found my third silver, a 1913 D wheat penny and....

...an 1895 Canadian Cent! Ive never even seen one of these things before. I scratched a little patina off with the screwdriver--bummer. But still, my oldest coin so far!

Dime is a 1920, no mint mark. All finds were 2.5-4.5 inches. I was searching in disc. mode set just below zinc. Sens was just over 10, thresh at 2 o'clock. I did dig mails at 8 inches again, so I know this sucker will go deep. Just havent found any deep treasure.

Also, I found a toy car cache today. I dug up five toy cars at 8 inches next to an old tree!

I gave them to a little kid playing across the street from me so no pics...

thanks Hombre. I dont know what the key dates are by memory yet but i did look the coins up when I got home. Nothing that will let me retire tomorrow, but Im pretty happy with them!
