Third day with the Etrac

Jeff in Pa

Well-known member
Today was a very busy day for me, I was able to hunt for an hour or two so I don't have alot to show for it :wiggle: I did score my first V nickel and a nice button, the button has an Eagle on it and the V Nickel is 1894. When I first dug the nickel I thought it was in much better shape but hey I'll take it!

Great job on the button!!!!!

Thanks Ken, I know absolutely nothing about buttons so after I get it cleaned up my wife starts investigating, ends up it was manufactured between 1875 and 1883 in Philly. Its in great shape with the backer still entact so I consider this to be my best find so far.
