Thinking of trading for a T-2, need some advice and opinions.

I have always wanted to try a T-2, and looks like I may be about to trade for a used one with the version 6 software. I plan to use this detector for primarily old home sites and relics with some park hunting for jewerly. In the past I have used an X-terra 50 and a Tesoro Cibola and Silver U-max. Can anyone please tell me how the T-2 should stack up against these units for depth and the ability to find good targets in trash. Also, is the T-2 suitable for the uses I listed? Any other info or opinions would be appreciated.

very suitable ,you should at least double the depth of any of those machines you have mentioned

i got about an inch over my xt50 in disc mode, much faster recovery speed, and faster pp, not to mention how much more comfortable the t-2 is to swing, for the type of hunting you are talking you will love the t-2, i did like the 50 with the DD coil,but couldnt get into the 50's all metal mode and caorse gb
