Thinking of trading an Explorer se pro for an E-trac; what do I need to know?

Absolutely nothing wrong with Explorers- I like them. But I have a severe case of the "Envies" (Pronounced onvies in cajun french) for an E-trac. Some of Ya'll talk to me- good/bad/otherwise. Inquiring minds want to know.
Also, would like to find someone who might be ready to get away from their E-Trac, or might consider a backwards trade for the Explorer and some do-re-mi.

I would suggest you read lots of posts on the Explorer forum by Bryce and others and read lots of posts on the E trac fourm. Both machines are top dogs...and many guys really like the SE. Decide what type of hunting you will do most and then read about how each machine works in that area. IF your catchn gators might want to use a Browning...joke. Dont know if I would switch from the SE yet if I had one...But I really do love my E. Shes real purty!

How to dig a lot of holes! Just messing around with ya but ever so true. I'd say it's gonna expose coins you would have never thought would be there. You've already hunted the heck out of that place already. You mentioned you hunt CW a lot. You would think TTF would be the way to go but lead and buttons and brass scream dig me like no other in multi co, sing out loud and clear like a coin.

I did the same thing. All you need to know is the E-trac is going to greatly increase your find and be much easier to interpret than the SE.
