Thinking of putting 11" wide scan on Silver umax....

Im thinking of picking up a 11" widescan coil for my silver umax. Im concerned I may have problems because the silver doesnt have manual ground balance. I want to use it to snoop for deep coins in old yards I have cleaned out. Does anyone know if it would be ok to put the 11" on my silver umax? Thanks everyone.

I have never tried one but it should work unless the coil don't match up to the machine in which case you could send it in and get it matched at the factory. I gon't think that is a problem.

Hello,
Used one on my Cutlass II UMax, and loved it. Would hit some pretty deep items. Had to adjust the sensitivity a little, but did not notice any big differences. Hope this helps.
