Thinking of purchasing an AT PRO

I am thinking of purchasing an AT Pro from Kellyco. Had a great experience with them and loved the service and help they gave me. I have a Safari, but right now wanting to spend more time beach hunting. We get rain/thunderstorms out of nowhere as well.

I want to get really good headphones, any suggestions?? With the beach noise I don't want to miss anything!
 
You can use the ATP on a saltwater beach, but it isn't the best for wet sand and water there. I have found plenty on dry sand and a little in wet, but not much in the water. I don't go more than ankle or knee deep and understand the good stuff is usually deeper.
 
They come with the special plug, which will fit the AT Gold, AT Gold, Infinium and Sea Hunter Mark II machines.
 
Is there an adpter so the Gray Ghost Amphibian headset made for the AT Pro can be used with other machines with the quarter inch plug in ? I would like to be able to use the GG with my Ace 250.
 
You can probably buy that adapter from Garrett, but it's not water proof. Or call the Guys who build the Grey Ghost headsets, and ask them about a different end.
 
I've got a set of the Grey Ghost Amphibs and really like them. I haven't been to an ocean beach yet, but on the lake with a good breeze blowing, I can hear the targets REALLY well!! Barry at Exterme Detecting can get you fixed up!!
 
That is good to hear that you have had good service with Kellyco. So have I, Have you contact them lately on this they have promotions going on right now with a purchase of an at pro you get a free pin pointer. They are great and love there customer service. Good luck and let me know what you think.
