Thinking of buying waterproof headphones. What are the latest options/opinions?

When the CTX 3030 first came out there were just two options, the Minelab yellow water proof and the Grey Ghost waterproof. I chose the GG and am happy with them although the volume is not as good as I would like. The Grey Ghost amphibian phones are becoming available and have adjustable volume control. That would be my choice. Old Beechnut has been working on some better phones for the CTX and there is information on the forum but I can't remember where I saw it. Has anyone had success with using the adaptor and making their own headsets? I wear glasses and headphones just don't cut it for me. I am considering waterproof ear buds.

I prefer the stock yellow Koss over the GG. The stock cable is longer. But the audio is substandard with both sets. Perhaps the Amphibian will resolve that?

I have the Grey Ghost waterproof headphones are while they are quite, they work just fine. I have an older model excal with blue Koss headphones. They are louder but they really hurt after about a hour. The Grey Ghost headphones are so much more comfortable.
