Thinking of buying an MXT

Considering buying an MXT and was wondering how it would compare to a Tesoro DeLeon or a Fisher CZ7aPro?
Thanks

You do realize this is an mxt board don't you? <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
The mxt beats the Tesoro and Sisher hands down of course. <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">

I am no expert as I have only been in the hobby fro almost 2 years. I have had my MXT for 5 months and it has worked real well for me. Simple to use and I don't feel like I am underpowered. HH

Gene,
I have used all 3 you mentioned and kept the MXT. I find the MXT is heavier than the DeLoen, but does a better ID on coins, seems to go much deeper, can do more with the MXT. The CZ7 and the CZ70 I had were also good detector, but seem to ID nails as coins and some coins as nails that were deep. I find very few if any nails with the MXT and have depth with the MXT, but maybe not as deep as the CZ as they do go deep, but found the MXT more accurate for me.
The MXT is my wifes detector as I use the Minelabs Sovereign and Explorer more myself. The wife seems to always find more with the MXT as she can go much faster than I do, but she does dig plenny deep with the MXT. When I have used the MXT I find it is a detector I have more fun with as it is so easy to understand it and does get me some nice finds.

I took it to the beach for a shakedown. The readings are a little higher than I've been used to, but I wish I had gotten it before summmer ended, it sure lays down a "Bigfoot print". HH
