Thinking of an X-70. Is the warranty transferable?

NO WARRANTYS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE ON MINELAB PRODUCTS PITY AS WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW YOU HAD A WARRANTY.
 
No, none of the Minelab Warranties are transferable here.
Your best bet is to buy a new 70 from someone offering an additional free 2 year extended warranty.
