Thinking about getting a GMT

can anyone give me any pros or cons on the GMT, I plan on using it for meteor and Gold hunting in AZ.
And also will it or can you use it for coins and relics around old foundations.

That would be great but I have a chance to make a great trade for a GMT, that is why I was asking about the GMT.
I have a couple of coin machines but want one for gold and meteors.
