Thinking about an ID Edge is there a smaller coil

Is there a smaller 6" coil available for the ID Edge? All I see is the 8" and 10". Never owned or used a fisher .. Z

Yes and the EDGE works supper with the small coil.

Everett thanks for reply. I am wondering, is the coil from some other fisher machine or is the coil not being made anymore? Do I have to get a used one or can I get a new one? New fisher doesn't seem to be to concerned about old fisher. Just my observation. Maybe it is time for all new and let the old go? Change, ah yes. I do most of my hunting on the beach and looking for a good beach machine and one that will work on tot lots and wood chip areas in parks. It must be light, I do like TID machines and have smaller coils available. The ID Edge seems to fit? Hope I am not asking too much from you Everett? Thanks for reading....Jer

I have the new detectors and I always pick up the EDGE. If you try the EDGE you will love it. When I saw Texas was getting away from the EDGE and C$,I bought a second EDGE so I would be sure to always have one .Sun ray makes a small coil. The FISHER 5 inch fits the EDGE and the C$.

Thank you for replies. I called md dealer and he has a 5.75" coil for the Edge. And deerman I have been reading your posts for some time. I think to myself, gad that guy is good or he has one heck of a detector? Could be he is good and has one heck of a detector? I kind of think both, he is good and has a heck of a detector.
