Thinking about another Exp 2 , SE pro, maybe Etrac. Any one have experience comparing the latter 2 to the Exp 2 ? I need some input please and thanks in advance!! HH !

If you provide some background on your purchase parameters (purchase price no object vs. cost constraints, preferable options/features, type(s) of hunting you do, etc.), that might help responders provide more useful information to address your question. Just a thought. Johnny

Hey Frase --

I have an SE Pro, a couple friends have an E-Trac. Both very good machines. I think if I were you, and you like your Explorer, I'd get an SE Pro. The E-Trac is different, CO and FE numbers are different, the smartfind screen is set up differently (ferrous increases top to bottom, instead of right to left as on the Explorer, etc.)

I think you'll like the Pro. I never used an Explorer II, but I have considered getting one as a backup to my SE Pro.

Cost isnt the problem( well when your married..its ALWAYS the problem:cheekkiss:) Mostly will be used coinshooting old parks with lots of trash and iron. Maybe the beach once in a while, but not really.
