Because, I've done a whole lot better there than in the water.....
Tooooo many hours in the water today to even want to admit!! Bring on the 4th of July weekend. Right color, wrong metal....2nd Lords prayer ring, this one in Spanish, and almost identical Tungsten ring this month. GL ALL

Boy the one would have me leaning if I seen it in my scoop....Still a good hunt, seeing those you know the yellow is to follow...

Yeah, I'm hearing you! :sadwalk: I note that unless theres a tremendous rip to make a nice cut in a certain location, theres not a lot in the water until later in the year, like Sept...early in the year up here the beach seems to have fresh drops daily in easily recognized locations...in the water, a guy is just either going to get real lucky, or not hear a ping for hours! nice haul there again Bob!:clapping:
Mud

Hey, Bob I pulled a twin to your tungsten ring from the beach here at Pismo a week ago. Mine says Triton TC850 inside and a 'dead ringer' for yours. Gold or Plat would be great, but I am liking the steelies as a consolation prize!

Those Triton rings must be breeding on the beach!! This is one I detected awhile back! Yes, Bob, Ive found that until it gets really hot and people actually get playing and active in the water, even though the odd ring or piece of jewellery will show up, not much else besides the regular handful of coins and costume jewellery, at least that seems to the case here.
Even though it's been off and on low to high 70's at the beach here in SoCal, until the big crowds come starting next month and people really get serious about slapping on the sun tan lotion and getting in the water playing games and frolicking around, that's when the rings etc; in a bigger quantity start slipping off into the water and on the beach!! Bring on the crowds and the heat!!!!:clapping:
