<CENTER><CENTER>How can we read the comments posted on the COVA and APVA Web sites? In addition, the response they posted on the FMDAC Forum. And believe they want any kind of responsible dialogue. Their response was at best patronizing and insulting. They believe by telling the uneducated Rednecks if they change the Minutes of the meeting, it changes their position. Sorry but as one of those uneducated Red Necks, I will not be deceived. </CENTER></CENTER>
