The coil on that thing has to be the size of a Papa Murphy's Family Size Pizza for sure........Thanks for the history John...

Yeah Gardiner Electronics made one with a 12 foot shaft for searching inside caves and a 36-inch coil.

Heck that is only the 12 by 24 inch coil, Garrett also made a 24 by 24 inch coil for their Hunter BFO, which is the size of a large TV screen..................evidently most were not around when these coils were considered NORMAL...........LONG BEFORE THE DEVELOPEMINT OF THE BLOODHOUND!.............................HH....................Joe
