Very professional looking, They look like Gold magnets now.:super: Once my warranty is up I will do that to my Excal. The cover is always getting sand in it and causing false signals. Have to clean 2 to 3 times a hunt depending on the type of sand I'm in and the length of the hunt.
 
Well Max, how long does that stuff last you before you have to reapply it? I am shreading through a coil cover in about 3-4 months. Just trying to weigh the odds here. I can't be applying a fresh coat of that stuff every other hunt.
 
look at your coil now and check for cracks around the outere and inner edges......................i would bet u have some along with everyone else.
 
Did you just coat the coil cover or did you seal the cover to the coil to prevent sand from collecting between them?
