Found a 1976 penny,a key and what looks like a rusted belt buckle in my front yard. I also got something that looks like a rust incrusted coin????
 
That rust encrusted coin is probably a newer zinc penny. They don't last very long in the ground. I found one the other day that had its edges corroded away. Only way I knew it was a penny was the Lincoln Memorial on the reverse.
