There's a New Swinger in Bermuda:thumbup::detecting:

My carpenter, Chris tagged along with me on Sunday when I went hunting at Snorkel Park and he liked it so much he asked me to help him find a detector for his own.
I called a hunting buddy here (Besco) and he agreed to sell his ACE250 to Chris, so last night I took Chris and his new toy down to Horseshoe Bay to hunt the dry stuff.
We spent 2 hours messing around in the dry sand and came up with an old bullet and a shell casing but no clad or real loot, Chris was still thrilled!:bouncy: It was fun to get out with a total newbie and go through all the same questions I asked myself when I was starting out. I had forgotten how light and easy to use the little Yella Fella is, great little machine and so affordable too.
I should have brought the camera as it was a beautiful evening but we went straight from work and the camera was at home.
I can't wait to see the expression on Chris's face when he find his first ring.

Cheers,

BDA:cool:
