OK, call me crazy but I have my hands on a condemed MSA carbon fiber bottle that I may try to make a scoop out of. Its carbon fiber with a thin aluminum liner. It is heavy but when I cut it in half and drill all the 1/2 inch holes maby the weight will come down. All I have to lose is a little time on the assembly. Will keep you posted.
