We have been plumbing more houses than I can even imagine. I spend about 10-14 hours a day working the jobs, and then do the office work in the off hours. This leaves me with little energy to do any hunting or posting. If It doesn't slow down a little, I may burn out. I spent all last weekend just making out bills.

You would not believe the type of houses we are plumbing these days. Some make Jed Clampet's place in Beverly Hills look like a double wide. I am working on a 14,000 square foot custom home tomorrow, and we are starting the ground work on another home that size in a couple weeks. This one has an indoor soccer field in the sub-basement. There is a lot of crazy rich folks around here. I even have a $3,000,000 duck hunting ranch we are plumbing for another wealthy client.

I had a strong farm kid working for me for a little while, and he couldn't take it any more and joined the Marine Corp. He told me his Motto in boot camp was "Death Before Plumbing". When he got back from boot camp he told me that it was a breeze after working for me, and he could not see how I can do what I do for so many years.

I read and enjoy the forum often, and you all help me keep a little more normal.

So that is my excuse. Now let's hear from Art and Harry. DC
