The View from my office window.

My office is right on the harbour and I see a lot of boats and ships come and go past my window but this one is kind of special.

Her name is April Fool and she just sold for $73M (that's right MILLION). She's 200 feet long and has a crew of 11. Some Really Rich Guy just bought her and she is bound for Spain but not before she improved my view at work by anchoring off of my hotel project.

Here's a better close up pic from the website.

Now that would make the perfect pirate vessel.

Cheers All,

BDA:cool:

I tried complaining Pete but seeing as I am the boss it didn't help. I've got a really Tough Boss.

Cheers,

BDA:cool:

PS The sad part is I rarely get time to look out at the view.:sadwalk:

BDA it is probably just as well, it would take allot of digging clad just to fuel it up. My guess would be around 12 to 15 thousand gallons at $3.00 + a gallon. I reckon that would be chump change for a 74 million dollar boat owner.
