The Vaquero Passes the Depth test !

Looked like 7 to 8 inches and what a releif. This was with discrimination turned on. Cranked all the way it did get choppy. A 1983 clad quarter in spectacular horrible shape.
It was so hot out there....And I had just a little sleep but I forced myself to get out there and explore the Vaquero. Dudes I'm so tired....good night..

My deepest coin so far with the Vaquero was a measured 10 plus inches on a 1984 dime. Non mineralized soil, sens at 9, disc at just past tab( park is a tab pit), stock coil. Funny thing is, I had just dug a 1937 dime not fifty feet away that was only down 2 inches, go figure. Happy digs, the V is great machine.

Well got my new vaquero today and what a difference compared to other i sent out to tesoro, i'm almost getting 11" on dime and about 13" on a nickel i can't wait to try it raining up here today so got to wait, there's one thing i did'nt realize when i had my other one that in disc mode when air testing that the threshold cranked makes a big difference and maybe that was my whole problem after all

Paradise beach is over by sac state collage...right across from the front entrance..over by river park...can't remember the name of the park...if you go to pardise beach and look across the river ,you can see cal expo. My brother took me there...when I was fifteen...back then it was sacramento"s nudist beach.....talk about a trip being fifteen and walking down that beach!!!!! I have never seen any thing else like that!
