The Vaquero is so simple

This is my 3rd machine and first Tesero .I took it right out and started detecting. Did no air test , just read the manual , watched some videos and took it right to the field . I am not intimidated by this unit. My last detector had so many functions and adjustments that I "never" felt comfortable using it. I just could not remember everything. With the Vaquero, Im in charge.I feel like I can get the max out of this machine without worrying about all the settings. More time digging less time tinkering.

Glad your loving it. It's really hard to explain this to others that think the tesoro's are to simple and old technology. Well I guess while their are tinkering with their settings we are finding the good stuff.

If you dig more you will find more...it's that simple.

im like you, i got a mxt i have used for 5 years, just ordered a vaquero from a dealer in texas, im in fla, but i hate paying state sales tax, cant wait to hunt with it.

I know I still have some learning to do, but it does seem quite simple. To the point of, "am I forgetting to do something". I have only had mine about a week and now the ground decides to freeze up. You might think it was winter!...... Heading to the 50's by the weekend though. Weird weather!

don't forget Tesoro's service. Best in the business! They just flat out make good detectors.

Vaquero WOW, love this machine. Light and easy but a traget hound. I have bought and sold and traded 5 machines but will not part with my Vaquero. It will be your best friend and your go to machine for land and dry sand, for water and surf I use my Dual Field and BeachHunter or Pulse 8X

feel the same way about my Vaq-I traded a f5 for it several yrs ago and still can't figer out why the guy wanted to trade.its lite, powerful and just a joy to hunt with.maybe it wasn't complicated enough for him
