The star symbol

has anyone found anything other than pull tabs when the needle registers the Star? I'm new to this and have dug 200 pull tabs registering this on my screen
 
In the little over 2 months Ive had mine I would say no to the tabs. Have dug a grt deal of zinc pennies when it reads the star symbol. Are you in enhanced or salt?
 
I'm in enhanced and have been in old sites. I don't want to miss anything good but I'm tired of digging those tones
