OBN, thanks for the videos. They are very informative. Keep showing them to us on the forum. You are tops. GH, Don

hi O/B
, I really enjoyed your video O/B, I have been interested in this style of all metal hunting myself beause of the extra depth its said to provide .One thing that concerns me is that it could wear out your disc/pinpoint knob/switch with the over usage switching on + off all the time ? I dont want to wear our my new Mk2 Excalibur just yet !!
Also what is the benefit of reverse hunting ? why does walking backwards improve on finds or depth ?
I must say that I get more than enough strange looks from the general public as it is without walking backwards tooooooooooooo !!! ??
I also noticed that on your video you where very "public" with your finds ? I couldnt dream of being so open with my finds before some drunken tourist would come along and claim that lost and found ring to be his loving wifes ? NO WAY. !! I never display anything ! be it a Bud cap or a gold ring , no I prefere to be that strange man that has just found something in the water, I palm it drop it into my pouch and move on .
I think its the "need to know syndrome" ? this stops the inquizitive questions, that reduces your valuable hunting time. I do sometimes try to explain the beneifits of our hobby to widen the perception to the general public, EVEN to some of the PEEP PEEP d**k heads that we all have encountered whilst hunting ? but most of the time I pretend that I cant hear or understand them, and i find that replying back to a LOUD British tourist in my best Spanish accent helps to reduce the ridiculing element and provides me with a good conversation stopper !!!
happy hunting Tony

Great vidio. Enjoyed watching very much. very informative and great finds. I have learn a lot from watching the vidios. I just recieved my excal and going to try out tomorro. Thanks again for sharing.

Saved as a PDF changed to a JPEG using Snagit, Going to be used in another video "Lost Targets below the No Threshold" this winter when things slow down..................thanks for Asking, no one else has said aword......Basically, From CJC's Book..GoldinWater settings, but in AM with a Sound Amp..... I will show that there are signals in the No Threshold zone that go unheard without a Sound Amp..Plus I am waiting till winter to modifi my Excal with one of Shaun's Amps..So not sure where this all will lead. May Just go buy A PI, Garrett Infinium or A White's DF.....thanks to everyone for the Positive Feed Back....Obn

Great video!. I concur with tonyweston, don't like the people bothering me, that's why i never go to the beach and prefer researching old foundations in the middle of the woods looking for coins and caches. But the money you can make after pawning those rings imight be worth it for me to make a trip to the beach one of these days!!!

Thanks for the video
