I got the 5.75" for Christmas and it STAYS on the Silver umax. It hits nickels HARD and also finds the tiniest of items with a good signal. And the depth surprised me. The earring in the photo was eyeballed and I found out that this size of gold required the a/m mode. Later on I found the gold plated stick pin-however, it gave a signal in minimum disc. I searched about an hour in the RAIN and COLD as I was so excited to try out my new toy. Ooops! forgot pics. Had to edit.

Great coil for tot lots, trashy parks etc. I really like mine.

The 5.75 coils are my most used coils on my Tesoro's. Nice size for trashy areas and good depth for it's size.

Must have coil in trashy or target dense areas! If there is a lot of old iron decaying in the ground, a 5.75 is very good at picking through things to find goodies around the iron.
