Stacey , It is Richard Gong Sr. I have goggled it but no luck so far.I will try some other avenues later.I had to work for it, over waist deep water and it was a least 18inches or more in the sand, but it put out one heck of a signal.

GH, I posted pics. of ring yesterday , it was 3.4 grams of Titanium, and has the inscription I LOVE YOU with a date. 6 mm wide, size 10. sales on line at(the Titainum Workshop) for 149.00 for a size 6. Found it waist deep at low tide, back side of sand bar.
