The scoopbreaker is at it again! Scoop didnt break until after i snagged 2 GOLD tickets though!! Post for Norms hunt the night before last tooo. :D :t

Norm and I headed to the lane around 11. We arrived at 36th street at 11:40 and proceeded to head South. After an hour or 2 we saw Roy, he had the mumbles. About 10 minutes after that i dug the first ring. We went allmost to the Pier, targets became few and far between, so then turned around and headed back North. Saw David in the lane, he had mumbles at the time too. Then again, maybe 15 mins after we talked to him, i dug another ring. I then noticed that my scoop was literally beginning to tear. Few more targets, and i could feel it becoming loose. So then i decided i would only dig targets that sounded like gold. So then i skipped 2 targets, then got a LOW growl, sounded to good to be true. I was to worried about my scoop breaking while retrieving it, so i borrowed my dads. Ended up being a light bulb, walked 20 feet, another low growl, it also sounded a lower tone than gold, ended up being some sort of aluminum ring with an o'ring on it? I tried to hunt the water some, i was retrieving a target, looked out towards the water, and what do i see? Im looking face to face with a wave, it went over headphones. Luckily didnt take headphones or headlamp. HH yall

Check this one out from the archives Rob. I no longer run a Mark II, but the scoops are still with me. It is called a Gulf Hunter special. Handle and T are 3014 stainless pipe. Bucket is reinforced stainless. Total weight, 11LBS. My arms look like Popeye's! Great loot, both of you! Coastwise may have one he'd sell you. I think it's a little heavy for him.
