The Royal 800 coil (for the XLT) has been dropped from White's web site. Is this coil no longer manufactured?

No it's still available. I just picked up one for my XL Pro (awesome coil).
It's exactly the same but it has a new paint job.
It is listed under White's coils at Kellyco Cat# 960-8013209. $99.95

Unless you are looking for the original which has that horrible purple color like the Royal GT headphones, that will be an eBay or classifieds item.
