The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach............

Were going on a cruise in May and were staying a couple of days at the Ritz-Carlton, South Beach before we leave. Does anyone know if they allow detecting on the beach in front of the hotel?

I'm not sure about the Ritz-Carlton in particular, but I've been to South Beach and there's a lot of detecting that goes on there. My sister and her friends go there all the time.
