Research = I noticed that the last 3 places that panned out for us were hard to get to. Meaning we had to walk in about 1 mile or so, not hard for us but hard for the general public. They want to be able to drive right up to the place. My 3 sites on a map were each in the middle of a 'no roads' area. So if you see a possible site away from the highway be sure to consider it.
