The paint on my excal is bubbling

Ive only had my Excal 800 in the salt water 3 times now and I've notice the paint is starting to bubble,is this something I should be worried about ?

Yes,I wash it off with fresh water after each use and when i return home I give it a good wash off with the garden hose. I did leave it in the back of a hot vehicle for about an hour.
