Since I enjoyed the rare Thanksgiving off (I usually have to work that holiday, being a cook), and Laurie had to work, I cooked Thanksgiving dinner. Here's what the bird looked like coming out of the oven:

Oh, man, was it good! I also had home-made pumpkin pie, bread stuffing, cornbread dressing, crescent rolls, green beans w/ cream of mushroom soup, corn, Long Grain & Wild Rice, home-made cranberry sauce, and a most delicious gravy made from the drippings.
However, the real treasure was enjoying a unseasonably warm evening with my other half and our kids eating this feast.
