The Old Grenade............

Kelley (Texas)

New member
This is the old type of Grenade used during World War II, and often referred to as a "Pine Apple" Grenade. Some of you might remember a John Wayne movie where he put the pin between his teeth and pulled it out...not going to happen in real life because you would end up pulling all your teeth out.

I was looking at it yesterday and decided to take a picture of it. It was taken with a Sony NEX-6 camera, a vintage Minolta MD Macro 35-70mm F3.5-5.6 lens. Settings were F8, 1/200, ISO 400, "Daylight" White Balance, Manual Focus, Manual Mode, good lighting.

I love these vintage Minolta lenses. Kelley (Texas) :)
