The New Year is upon us.....

Well, the New Year is upon us. I hope you all have better weather than we have
here in Indiana. Some parts got down to -4 and thats unusual for my neck of the
woods. And we just had a winter storm breeze through here. Wish you all the best
in MDing.

I have been walking 3 miles a day in temps lower than that and have lost 11 lbs in 6 weeks. The bonus is that I have not given myself insulin shots for 3 days and have been able to control the diabetes with just the pills! I am getting buff and Arnold should watch out!::clapping:

Katz, We'll have to do some researching while the temps are so low. It's going to be a long time till we all can hunt again. Stay warm and keep dreaming of SPRING!!!!!

Good for you arizonaames! That's fantastic. You be careful with that diabetes. Be careful out in the cold.

With this hard freeze here in Illinois, we'll have plenty of time to do some researching and talking to other folks about detecting their yards, etc.

Stay warm!
Nancy
