The MXT is a very impressive metal detector.

I got a deal on a clean E series to flip and took it out to one of my well worked parks. The MXT was set in coin mode very low discriminate and the gain +1.I'm not use to checking every target ID at a glance, but with the disc set low I could see a lot of trash targets in the ground. After a couple of minutes started to find clad and copper Lincolns chose to bypass the zincs.Got a ID bounce in the high 70s to low 80s possible quarter?Cut a plug and used the Bullseye pin pointer in the hole no target, dug deeper to about 7 inches and still no target.I rechecked the dirt on top of the hole and could see the silver rim of a 1963 Roosevelt. This says a lot about this Whites first time out and brings home silver. That's so cool! BIG congrats on your silver find. Isn't it a pretty sight to see that SILVER rim in the dirt?! It just shines like no other.....well, maybe gold. :clapping: I love my MXT. HH and thanks for posting Ron, Nancy

They sure are a great detector. I think mine is a keeper. Congrats on your digs and hope they continue.

I have used a lot of high end detectors and very few impress me and the MXT is on this list.I'm a die-hard Sovereign user, but the MXT would be my choice for a faster sweep detector. The MXT is a great detector, which may be why they've been around for a while and will be in the future. Thanks Ron

He fell off in EL Dorado, in fack I think in fell in the water.
