<tr><td>Actually, only a few of these fooled us, but I dug up the rest to bring home. I'll bury some to see if I can learn how to avoid them better. The crown caps that give me the most trouble are about 6" deep in damp sand just under the dry sand. They sound good, or at least good enough to dig, no matter how I approach them or what I try.</td></tr>

I have the same problem with DD coils on the M6. But all detector with a DD coil do that (Vaquero with 12x10 DD, Teknetics T2 11" DD....)
With the concentric coil the detector will ID them great.

...I haven't even taken the stock concentric out of the box. I will test both coils on those caps.
