...when I got to work yeaterday,I had to talk to Human Resources about my job opportunities within the Co,since they decided to do away with my shift...I am highest seniority on 2nd,so I was asked first...I chose to go to 3rd to be set-up man,and I will also relieve people on the robots for break...I knew it would be an immeadiate .50cent an hour raise for me;but I had another set-up man tell me"thats not all-you will be getting another almost$2.00 an hour over that for the eight hours when you do a change over/set up on a machine"...I will probably do at LEAST 3-5 change-overs a week ...SO:let me give credit where credit is due:THANK YOU,LORD,FOR PUTTING ME IN THIS COMPANY;AND THANK YOU FOR BEING IN POSITION OF SENIORITY HERE TO BE ABLE TO GO TO THIS JOB,AND;THANK YOU,LORD,FOR THE GENEROUS PAY RAISE!!AMEN!!!By the way;Sunday,October 1st,is my 19th anniversary with this company...
