The forecast was for low winds and clear skies so I hit the water early today. I have not been doing much wading this year as I hurt my back a while ago and am just now starting to feel close to 100%. Figured I better get with it as the summer season is about over up here and see what goodies had been deposited at one of the busier lakes.

The Take
nice sterling silver bracelet with 10 small diamonds 42 grams
[attachment 33119 816925brclt.jpg]
2 14K yellow and white gold bands
18k white & yellow gold ring 11.1 grams

Only the 2nd 18K ring I have found and by far the prettiest bracelet too! Don't when I'll be able to top todays take!

Great outing, J-S.

The three rings are superb, but the bracelet has to be today's prize, for sure.:minelab::clapping:

The bracelet may be by the same designer as one I found last fall. See this post for details:

It is a David Yurman design!

Thanks again for the info

Tom

That is a beautiful bracelet, never seen one like that before. Also, that 18K ring is unusual, interesting. Congratulations, hope you have lots more days just like this one! Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)

I guess this X-Terra thing works pretty good, hugh Jackpine?:drinking: Forgive me for the levity. I'm ususally on the Quatro site, since I only have a Quatro, but I was wondering how those new X-Terra's were doing, and it looks like they're doing great. Can you go pretty deep with it or is it mainly the extrme sensitivity that's it's fortee. Just curious. I've always been a Minelab lover.:cheers::clapping::drinking:

Tapawingo or the Rowe Inn your pick, but you buy the wine and I get to choose the label. I may live up in the sticks but there are two world class chefs within 7 miles!

Jerry knows the water is where its at. ;)

Again. I just sent my bud Chuck down in Cape Coral A Yankee Breast plate and a few other Civil War relics . He told me he didn't have a Breast Plate so I sent him one to go with the rest of his Yankee stuff. I Draw the line with my Reb stuff though. :D: :D:. I will have to say like Mike B and Randy say that the X 70 is very good in the dirt, Now all I got to do is make a longer cord so I can hunt in deeper water with the X70. For the life of me I just can't see why Mine Lab didn't put a 7' cord on the Coils. Just don't make since. Again they didn't listen to the customers or the ones that use the machines. I just don't get it sometimes. . OK, So I am just a die hard water hunter and that is my 2cents worth. I have even found Civil War buttons in creeks and the water. I guess I am not so  after all. Bill I think you did a outstanding job with your testing of the Xterra's. Between you, Mike Bearden, and Digger (Randy) ya'll did not miss a trick. Everything you guys have stated about the X Xterra's has been true. I thank all of you for taking so much time to go out of your way to do all that hard work. I know it is hard work as I end up doing all the same type of testing on new machines I decide to get. It is just encouraging to read your guys testing and know what to look for that they don't tell you in the manual. I did wait till the X70 came out before I got it. The X30 and the X50 just did not have the things I wanted in a detector. I am glad I waited as I am really pleased with the X70. Now just get a small coil and I will be very happy. :D: :D:. HH Jerry aka Tinfoil.
