thear once was a guy who went metal detecting he spent all day and was so frustrated he went to turn off his detector and BEHOLD it was already turned off, remember the basics :nerd:
 
Don't feel bad, I have done that a few times also. :blush:

My oh, my.... I also know of a guy like that. And when he got home the wife asked what did you find today? His answer was not much. Jer
 
I haven't done that before Gunnar...but I have spent 20 minutes hunting with my sunray probe STILL set on probe. SShhh...don't tell anybody.
 
:lmfao: I bet I had done that a half dozen times when I had my ace. Sit down for a short break and then go back to detecting with a machine that aint even on.

I am still going through my "wow" phase since upgrading and can still get long winded about how much better it is than my old machine. One feature that does not get mentioned but has probably lead to more productivity for me is the audible threshold.........yep its on.:blink:
