the Green Revisited

Well Im think Im done for the season. Here is a picture update from more time spent at that green I referred to on Nov 19th. This year Ive probably been there 60 hours or more. Its probably an acre big at least. I still have about 25% to go. Here are some finds since my last listing there. I omitted the modern coinage. Ive been using my F70 with 15 or less descirm, and about 90 sense. (Had to remember to take breaks every so often as with a lot of sounds, you can fatigue, and start to ignore important ones.) The SL speed comes in handy. I also rigged as someone suggested a weed wacker handle, so I could use it with a straight arm pendulum like motion, more or less, not having to have my wrist take all the stress of keeping the coil off the ground. More on that in a future listing) A 1952 Quarter ( 2 inches deep), a modern arcade token, a large cent 7

Nice hunting Curt, I like the Injuns and the Barber  Seateds are definitely in your future.

Bummer the LC deteriated so badly after it was dug :yikes:

I wonder what that coin is with the Caesar head  Any chance it's a token?

I'd love to hit that square with my F75 LTD :beers:

hh,
Brian
