The Gravel Pit Chapter 8
By the time the next summer rolled around, all of us kids had grown so much. I was playing down in the gravel pit, waiting for some of the regulars to show up, and up walks Chuckie Baker and Randy Sherman. Chuckie had just gotten to his grandmother
 
...I'm sure all of us have a "gravel pit" that brings back laughter and a tear or two.Thanks again for a well written story.

that his testorone level was higher than my hormone level most of the time, because he was a couple a years older than me! <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> After another year or so, I got to liking it,..........kisses that is! <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol">

And, like Wayne says, save it for your family. I did not take enough interest when my father talked of his youth, to my everlasting regret.
Fortunately, my children seem interested enough to at least listen when I go on about events in my youth
