Does anyone know if teeth fillings are made of brass???

This tooth filling looks more of a brass color than gold, I would assume that gold fillings are not going to be 24k gold. So how shiny should a gold tooth filling be anyway?

I Didn't find a watch yet....so I'm still OUTATIME

Dental gold can be all different alloys, alot of modern stuff is
just junk. Palladium and platinum are used in alot of dental stuff
that will make it look like white gold. Fillings may be an amalgam of silver and mercury, so don't try melting it with a torch unless you are outside and stay away from the fumes.

I've never heard of any brass used for teeth fillings. You most likely have 10K there, I'd say. Great haul man!
