Finally, things are starting to green up a bit here. The winter was too long this year with too much snow. A great it was today....hot and sunny. Here's a glimpse of where we hunted and some of the finds..... My buddy brought along his GTI 1500 and I used my AT Pro.

Got this British Crown near a natural spring. It was only about an inch deep. just about blew my ears off when I first got it under my coil.

I got a signal, and down at about 8" out popped this circular piece with "LUCAS BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND" stamped on it. It's not silver, and read on the VDI around 81. Any guesses.

My buddy got the oldest coins today....had they been dimes or quarters, they would have been silver.

Finding old toys is always a pleasure. And we each got one today.
