It's winter and I thought I would put this video together of all of the stuff I have found in my first year of detecting.
The loot

Only 3 months of winter left.

Thats a very big hall, Say trebor , what are your favorite settings to use on the VAQuero ?

I enjoyed the video...looks like you found more time to hunt last year than me. Just wanted to say if your into old relics you may want to go back and hunt around those spots where you found the musketballs. Sometimes they can be a sign of an old camp area? Best of luck in 2014 and HH!

Thats a nice haul, and it was relaxing to watch you go through it! Lots of various sizes and interesting metals...good job!

These are the settings I use most of the time (GB slight positive), but for parks I roll the sens back to 7 to 8. I discrimenate everything below 10K ring and dig the rest, and when I want more depth I super tune or use all metal.

Nice haul!

thanks for showing the settings

Thats pretty much where I keep my machine at. With the threshold set there I can still push the red all metal button for a quick sweep over the target. The sound it makes in all metal gives a lot of info.
