THE EASTER BUNNY PUT SILVER IN MY BASKET!!!!!

First of all.... HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!!!!! I had big plans to do some hard hunting Saturday.. Let's just say... That didn't happen at all.... My boss asked me to spend two hours with him Saturday stripping epoxy off a floor,,, Well that two hours ended up being a six hour job  And let me tell you,,, Even with a respirator on... Six hours of messing with chemicals.... you will start getting a little :wiggle: So I didn't event get to turn the detector on...

So today i decided to go back to the old fair grounds that submitted a wore out 1877 seated dime two weeks ago... As soon i got out of my Jeep.. I fired up the walked three feet into the grass and got my first hit... It hit about halfway down in the depth gauge... Hitting exactly how a Indian should.... I dug down and pulled my first coin of day,... A 1901 Indian!! :clapping: "It is going to be a good day"!!!! By the next hour and a half.. I squeezed out a hand full of wheat's, 2 Indians.. 1897, and a 1901.. Plus three Mercs.. 1945, 1936, and a 1929D.. Not to bad of a day... Definitely made me feel better as well!!!!
Thanks for looking everyone!!!!!

Thanks Bob!!!!!
I hope you get back out soon

Thanks Treasurefiend!!!
Looks like you did very well the other day !!! Keep it up man!!

HAHA Thanks DEW!!! I started off using the 12x15... Dug a few oldies with it... It did a good job in the area... But there is tons of iron!! So i switched back to my 10x12... You wont believe how light.. or small that 10x12 feels after swinging the 12x15 lol I have one more coil to get,,, then I'm done.. I have a 6x8 on order,,., I'm going to run it in that same area.. I know i have probably missed coins.. I was digging clad quarters at three and four inches that barely gave a signal because of the amount of junk!! Thanks again man... I hope to have a pile at the end of the year... I definitely have better and more silver coins than last year

Thanks Bryce
I hope you get a little in as well!!!!

Nice job at the fairgrounds....I see you have a nice selection of coils also....now all you need is a 5" coil to get what the 8" missed.....try it and see...or borrow a buds....even the 8" can be too big for high trash areas....Congrats on the finds!

I noticed you have one of those coils for sale.......better hang onto it until Bryce finishes his eval. OH... one more thing you better hide those park locations.. dont make me come over there and claim jump.

going to turn out.Sometimes you walk out and bag um.Other times you search for hours and the only thing that is going to work in your favor is shear persistence.GL and HH... GR

Thanks Mattockman!!!
I had a 5 inch sunray coil that i brought brand new... I really didn't care for the size.. The coil worked well.. but,, It seemed like i was always taking it off and putting my pro coil back on..... I dang near gave it to a friend... I sold it to him for like 20 or 30 buck for helping me out with some stuff... I really like the 8 inch coils... I feel like if i go slow and just really listen to the detector i can pick out stuff just as well!!! Thanks again man,.. You had some awesome finds the other day!!! Keep it up

Thanks Ron!!!!! I am lookin forward to seeing more post from you!!!!!!!!!

HAHA Dew... That coil works great... I bought it just wanting to try it out.... I found silver about every time i took it out... But you cant beat that 12x15 on the depth!!!!! Heck i was waiting for you to give the slip so i can jump over your way... I dont think you would like some of my areas... I have to go early why all the crazy's are hung over

Thanks Elton!!!!!!!!1
