I just got one and there is nothing in the manual the explains how to rig it for diving. Am I missing something? Can't see how you can use the supplied parts, rods, etc., and get it short enough to dive. Any of you White's Gurus please help a first owner of a White's machine. Jim
 
You have to purchase what is called the Diver's Rod kit which is basically a short straight rod with the pistol grip. Go to the White's website and look under the accessories tab. You can also find them at Anderson metel detector shafts.
