The Deep MXT beep.....???

Describe your MXT makes when you get a deep (7+ inches) signal to dig.
Is it a faint whisper? Is it repeatable? etc.

I have only pulled a couple of coins (quarters) at 7". The signal was obviously not anywhere near as loud as when at 3" or so, but certainly discernible and repeatable. The ID showed them as quarters, but only half a bar was showing.

The MXT has a MODULATED circuit so a fringe-deep coin will sound soft, but repeatable.
I use a 12" Hot Shot Loop and have a 10" Test Dime in my Rear Yard. I was able to lift the coil up about 3" off the ground and still receive a repeatable response. The Gain was about Preset and the target ID would read variable up to 94 as I expected.
The 14" DD Coil by K was non-responsive.
