It was cold this morning but mellowed out to a nice 60 degrees.
I went to this sports park that I knew had been jam packed with people. Nothing but the same
old clad and it wasn't even new clad but old stuff I must have missed a few weeks back, not even a hint
of a ring. I put on the 9x12 coil to same more time and cover more ground and that was fine but had a bit of a
problem pinpointing accurately with it. Tried pinpoint off the tip but am not much good with that. The 9x12
is GREAT in the farm fields or around abandoned buildings. I can get a rough pinpoint and use my shovel
and find the target all the time but not in the park. A couple times I couldn't even find the target with the propointer.
