See scans below:

In the one scan I sent in my last post there was this row of pennies with one
coin being an unknown. Its no longer an unknown. It's my frist Indian Head
but its in poor shape.

I let it sit in vinegar for awhile then I used some baking soda with a kids
tooth brush to clean it up. There's some knid of crust on it. I have NO idea how to clean it up.
Any ideas?

But it looks like I'll probably find more of these at this old town.

I was hoping you would clean the "unknown" coin up. I wondered if that was an old Indian. COOL!!!! If you have a brass brush, you can use it on it. It won't hurt it much. Can't wait to hear the year. BIG congratulations on your first Indian Cent! :clapping::clapping::clapping: Now I'm real sure there's other nice coins there to be found. Just take your time. Thanks for showing us and for the pictures. NICE!!!! HH to all, Nancy

A brass brush? Where do I find that?

When the penny is wet it looks like it says 1901. I can't quite make out the last number but I
think its a 1.

Hey Old Katz I think we are hunting the same spot cause I got this wheat penny yesterday in a old park and can't seem to get it clean enough to see a date looks just like yours only worse . I soaked mine in vinegar and then put it in the tumbler but still can't read a date . So don't feel bad your not the only one getting bed coins .

You can get little cheap brass brushes at the dollar store. They're used for cleaning car parts, etc. Also a grill brush is made out of brass.......most of them anyway. Congratulations again Katz!
